1qqq Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Introduction

These terms and conditions serve as an agreement between the 1qqq platform and all its members. By registering with 1qqq, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

1qqq is an online betting platform built for bettors in Bangladesh. Sports Betting across 30+ sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, along with Live Casino and virtual sports, are all available on 1qqq. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

1qqq reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Use

A valid mobile number, your full name, and date of birth are required to register with 1qqq. All information provided must be accurate. 1qqq reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit all balances if false information is found to have been used during registration.

One Account Per Identity

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of them will be closed and any bonuses received will be voided. Different members of the same household may open separate accounts, but they must use different payment methods.

Account Security

Members are responsible for keeping their password and login credentials secure. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, notify 1qqq immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For your first withdrawal or transactions above a certain threshold, you may be asked to upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. This information is used solely for identity verification and is stored with the highest level of security.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place bets at 1qqq. This is strictly enforced with no exceptions. If verification reveals that a member is under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

Protecting minors from gambling is a core responsibility at 1qqq. It is your responsibility to ensure that no underage member of your household can access your device or account.

Geographical Restrictions

Residents of certain countries or regions are not permitted to use 1qqq. If a registration is completed from a restricted location, the account may be closed at a later date even if the sign-up appeared successful.

4. Deposit Rules

You can deposit at 1qqq via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank card. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

5. Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw your winnings, go to your wallet and submit a request through the "Withdraw" option. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Once a bet is confirmed on 1qqq, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Always review the odds and market carefully before placing a bet. In live betting, odds change rapidly, so the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are final.

Bet Cancellations & Refunds

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for any related bets will be refunded. If a match is postponed and later played, a decision will be made in accordance with 1qqq's policy. Should incorrect odds be displayed for any reason, 1qqq reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum payout of ৳1 crore applies per bet slip. Any amount exceeding this will be capped at the maximum limit, which will be displayed at the time of placing the bet. Separate limits may apply to specific sports or markets.

Accumulator Bet

When multiple bets are placed together, the full payout is only awarded if every bet wins. If any single bet loses, the entire accumulator is lost. With system bets, a partial return is still possible even with mixed results.

7. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms apply to all 1qqq bonuses and promotions. Reading the terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory. Claiming ignorance of the terms will not change the consequences of a violation.

• No more than one deposit bonus can be active at the same time
• No separate application is usually needed to claim a bonus — it is automatically credited upon deposit
• The wagering requirement period is generally 30 days
• A minimum odds of 1.50 is required for wagering to count
• Using a bonus to place bets on both sides of an outcome (arbitrage) in order to complete wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided
• For referral bonuses, the referred member must be a real, unique individual — multiple referrals from the same device or IP address will not be accepted

8. Responsible Gambling Rules

• Weekly Betting Limit: Decide in advance how much you want to bet each week
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time
• Self-Exclusion: Keep your account closed for 6 months to 5 years

If a member's betting behavior raises concerns, 1qqq may proactively reach out and, if necessary, temporarily suspend the account. This is not a punishment — it is a measure taken for the member's own protection.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

1qqq may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information
• Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Use of Automated Betting Software
• Attempted money laundering or fraud
• Harmful Conduct Towards Other Members
• Attempting to compromise platform security

If an account is closed, members are generally entitled to a refund of their real balance, but any bonus balance will be forfeited. Balances may be withheld during an ongoing investigation. If you believe your account was closed in error, you can appeal via live chat or email.

11. Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous
